1. Our Mission

CryptoBonusWorld exists to help crypto traders find exchange bonuses that genuinely match their needs — before they deposit funds. Our mission requires us to be accurate above all else: a user who claims a bonus based on incorrect data loses money. That risk shapes every editorial decision we make.

We do not provide financial advice, trading signals, or investment recommendations. We compare publicly available promotional offers and present the conditions clearly so users can make informed decisions.

2. Editorial Independence

CryptoBonusWorld earns revenue through affiliate commissions — a percentage of fees or a fixed payment when users register through our links. This relationship creates a potential conflict of interest that we manage through the following rules:

• No pay-for-placement. No exchange can pay to improve its rating, move higher in a comparison table, or receive a more favourable written review.
• No embargo on negative facts. We publish cons, conditions, and restrictions regardless of our affiliate relationship with an exchange. If a bonus requires excessive trading volume to unlock, we say so.
• Affiliate status does not determine listing eligibility. We have listed exchanges with no affiliate relationship when they offer significant user value. Conversely, we have declined to list exchanges we consider high-risk even when a commercial arrangement was offered.
• Scoring is mechanical, not negotiated. Our rating methodology is applied consistently using defined criteria. No editorial team member may alter a score in response to commercial pressure.

3. Data Verification Standards

Every piece of bonus data published on this site must meet the following standards before publication:

Primary Sources

• Official exchange promotion page (URL stored internally as a source reference)
• Exchange terms and conditions document
• Official announcement (blog post, email, social media) where applicable

We Do Not Accept as Primary Sources

• Other affiliate or comparison websites
• User-submitted data
• Social media rumours or unverified screenshots
• AI-generated content without manual verification

Verification Checklist

Before each exchange listing goes live or is updated, a reviewer checks:

• Headline bonus amount — does it match the official page exactly?
• Conditions — are trading volume, deposit minimum, and expiry documented?
• KYC requirements — tested via sign-up flow where possible
• Country availability — confirmed against official country restriction list
• Affiliate link — tested to confirm correct tracking and landing page

4. Rating Methodology

5. Update and Freshness Policy

Bonus data can change without notice. We operate the following update schedule:

• Exchange pages: Re-verified every 30 days at minimum
• Bonus landing pages: Re-verified every 30 days
• Bonus code pages: Re-verified every 21 days (codes expire quickly)
• Compare pages: Updated when either compared exchange changes
• Guide content: Reviewed every 90 days for accuracy

A "Last Verified" date is displayed on each exchange page. If you notice data that appears outdated, please contact us and we will re-verify within 48 hours.

6. Corrections Policy

When we identify an error in published data — whether found internally or reported by a user — we:

1. Correct the data within 24 hours of confirmation
2. Update the "Last Verified" date
3. If the error was material (wrong bonus amount, incorrect KYC status), add a correction note to the affected page for 14 days
4. Log the correction internally for methodology review

We do not silently delete incorrect claims. If data changes, we update it with the new verified information.

7. Conflicts of Interest

Our editorial team members are not permitted to:

• Hold personal affiliate accounts with exchanges they review
• Accept gifts, promotional credits, or free services from exchanges
• Publish reviews of exchanges where they have a financial position
• Alter published ratings in response to complaints from exchanges

If a conflict of interest is identified, the relevant team member is recused from that exchange's review and an independent reviewer is assigned.

8. AI and Automated Content

CryptoBonusWorld uses AI-assisted tools to help structure and draft content. All AI-assisted content is:

• Reviewed and approved by a human editorial team member before publication
• Verified against primary sources for all factual claims
• Edited for accuracy, tone, and compliance with this policy

AI tools are not used as data sources. They are used for drafting, formatting, and structural organisation only.
